Birth & Postpartum Services
Pregnancy can feel overwhelming at times — full of opinions, advice, and information that don’t always align.
I offer guidance that brings calm and clarity, weaving evidence-based care with intuition and grounded presence — so you can stay connected to your body, your choices, and what truly feels right for you.

Meet me
My work weaves evidence-based care with intuition and grounded presence. I offer support that helps you navigate the noise — to find calm, clarity, and confidence in your body’s natural ability to give birth.
“Whenever and however you give birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your spirit, and your body — for the rest of your life.”
— Ina May Gaskin
About Me & My Philosophy
My path into birth work began with my own experience of becoming a mother.
At that time, I didn’t have information that could help me make choices — I simply followed what I was told. There was no space to ask, no one to walk with me, and no sense that I could do it differently. With time, I began to understand how important it is to be accompanied during moments of transformation — to slow down enough to feel what the body is living, and to open with awareness to the new stage that’s arriving.
That’s what shapes how I work today
Offering care that blends knowledge, intuition, and presence —
so families can feel supported, informed, and grounded through their own process of becoming. My role as a doula is to hold a calm, grounded space where families can slow down enough to listen to their own rhythm.
I bring information and body awareness together — so birth can feel less like something to manage, and more like something to experience and trust. My philosophy is simple: support should not replace your voice, but help you hear it more clearly.
I don’t lead or instruct; I accompany — with care that is informed, intuitive, and deeply human.Every family I work with has their own pace, their own questions, and their own way of finding ease in birth.
I’m not here to tell you how it should look — I’m here to walk beside you as you find what feels right for you.

For the moments when you want to feel grounded, informed, and truly supported through birth.
For the tender weeks after birth — when what you need most is rest, nourishment, and gentle support.
